As the largest contract only manufacturer in the United States we are a unique manufacturer in numerous ways. First of all we manufacture contract products exclusively. This means that 100% of our research and development resources are allotted to producing quality products designed to perform in the contract environment. All major manufacturers consider contract a necessary evil ( it represents 3% to 5% of our competitors business) and devote the majority of their resources to retail. This commitment to contract only enables us to offer almost any specification without difficulty. A special specification bed? A custom sofa bed or sleeper chair? A verdigris and brass combination wall lamp? A stone finish lamp to match the color of the bedspread? When do you want it delivered? We also offer the following services through our wholly owned seven divisions.

Hospitality Bedding Co.
Six in line bedding products that are not only competitively priced but come standard with a 100% polyester ticking treated with a special Teflon finish that is certified to pass NFPA 701 (National Fire Protection Association Vertical Burn Standard 701) and 16 CFR Part 1632.

Meyer Lighting Co.
Over 355 exciting styles and designs of in line products for the room and public areas such as faux-stone, ceramic, glass, brass, and "rust proof' brass finishes. In our exclusive stone finish line we have diversified to include urns and accessories. Meyer Lighting Co. has the ability to match any color or finish such as verdigris, marble, or one of the "fantasy" finishes. Additional options include grounded electrical outlets as well as telephone jacks for attaching either a computer or fax modem.

Hospitality Upholstery Co.
Fully upholstered chairs, love seats, sofas, and sofa beds. All our frames are made of 100% kiln dried American Hardwoods (NO PARTICLE BOARD) that is double doweled, glued, stapled and then hand nailed. Every frame is hand made and warranted for the life of the product assuming normal usage. We use a proprietary spring system designed to "distribute the load" in order to resist sagging. We only install Leggett & Platt contract mechanisms with contract six inch innerspring mattresses made in our bedding plant.

Hospitality Picture Co.
Access to all print publishers with a huge selection of frames in all styles. Serigraphs and original artwork for public areas.

Hospitality Drapery & Bedspread Co.
A full vertical operation with access to most fabric mills. No Charge for room measuring. We will also work C.O.M. Installation available.

Hospitality Furniture Co.
A complete "in line" group of competitively priced casegoods. All our high pressure laminate products are covered with full heavy weight Wilsonart laminate. No lightweight melamine or vinyl wrap. In line laminate products and full custom capability in both laminate and wood. Watch for our new low pressure laminate and solid wood in line program.

Hospitality Carpet Co.
The most competitively priced contract carpet encompassing a complete in stock line of custom room and corridor carpet from olefin to solution dyed nylon and blends. Customized designs, weights and color combinations are available with minimums.
