WARRANTY

The Hospitality Bedding Co. offers a limited warranty on all of our mattresses, foundations and boxsprings. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.

In the event service resulting from such a defect is required during the free service period, your mattress, foundation and/or boxspring will be repaired or replaced (at Hospitality Bedding Co. option) without charge exclusive of transportation costs.

If service is necessary due to a defect after the free service period, repair or replacement (at Hospitality Bedding Co. option) will be made on a pro-rated charge per year from date of delivery based upon the original selling price and the current charge at time of claim plus transportation charges.

Damage or deterioration resulting from inadequate frame support, misuse, burns, improper handling, poor housekeeping procedures and ordinary wear and tear are not covered. This includes minor wrinkles and surface impressions that are not indicative of structural failure. The bed must be properly turned every three months to keep this warranty in force.
